Competition theme: Untold War Stories

*Rules for National writing Competition (April 2018):

1. Submit the war story through your Author panel. (For the new authors: visit https://Author.Matrubharti.com register yourself as an Author & get your Author panel. Login to your Author panel & submit the story.)
2. Keep primary heading as ‘Untold War Stories’ & secondary heading should be the name of your war story.
3. A war story should contain minimum 2000 words & maximum word limit is 5000 words.
4. The last date for submission of the war story will be 30th April 2018.
5. The announcement of the results of the competition will be by the end of the month of May 2018.

Competition reward: 5 winners will get Rs. 2500/- each

UNTOLD WAR STORIES:

માનવજાતનો સંપૂર્ણ ઇતિહાસ યુદ્ધોની આસપાસ નિર્મિત થયેલો છે. લોહિયાળ, હિંસક, અહિંસક અને શાંત અને અફકૉર્સ, સાયબર પણ ખરું જ! દરેક યુદ્ધ બાદ કશુંક જન્મે અને કશુંક નાશ પામે. યુદ્ધ બાદ કોઈ રાષ્ટ્ર જન્મે, કોઈ સંબંધ જન્મે તો કોઈ શ્રીમદ્ ભગવદ ગીતા જેવું નવનીત જન્મે. લોકો મૃત્યુ પામે, માનવસંહાર થાય, અનેક તે આગમાં ખુવાર થાય અને ભૂપૃષ્ઠનાં ભાગલાં થાય.

પરંતુ, આ યુદ્ધ દરમિયાનની કથાનો રોમાંચ હંમેશા આનંદ અપાવે. ઇતિહાસ લોકોને જોડે છે. તે પોતાના ગર્ભમાં તેવું સાચવીને બેઠો હોય છે જે વર્ષો બાદ માનવજાતિને કેટકેટલું શીખવી જાય છે. કેટલીયે શોધો નિર્માણ થવા પાછળનું કારણ પણ યુદ્ધો જ છે. યુદ્ધો જડમૂળથી સંસ્કૃતિને ઉખાડી ફેંકે છે પરંતુ તેની જ સામે વર્ષોથી ગર્તમાં દબાયેલ પરિસ્થિતિ એક નવી જ સંસ્કૃતિને જન્મ આપે છે.

રોમાંચક યુદ્ધકથાઓ, વિનાશની કહાનીઓ, વૉરફિલ્ડ પરની વાર્તાઓ, યુદ્ધ થવા માટે કારણભૂત બૅકગ્રાઉન્ડ, યુદ્ધ દરમિયાન બે દેશો વચ્ચેના ઑફિશિયલ હૅડક્વાર્ટર્સ પરનું પૉલિટિક્સ, યુદ્ધમાં યાદગાર બની ગયેલ વૉરિયર્સ, સન્ ’૫૭ના વિપ્લવથી લઈને હાલમાં સળગતાં સિરિયન સિવિલ વૉર સુધીનાં યુદ્ધો. કેટલાં બધાં યુદ્ધો ખેલાયાં, કોઈને કોઈ કારણોસર!

ચાલો, હવે આમની યુદ્ધકથાઓ લખીએ. લાઈબ્રેરીઓમાં પડેલાં દસ્તાવેજોને ફંફોસીએ અને કશુંક નવું લખવાનો પ્રયત્ત્ન કરીએ.

अनटोल्ड वॉर स्टोरीज़:

मानवजाति का पूरा इतिहास युद्धों के आसपास निर्मित हुआ है| रक्तपात, हिंसक, अहिंसक और शांत और अफकोर्स, साइबर वॉर भी भूलना नहीं चाहिए| हर युद्ध के बाद कुछ पैदा हुआ और कुछ नष्ट हो गया। युद्ध के बाद कोई राष्ट्र जन्मा, कोई संबंध पैदा हुआ, तो किसी में से श्रीमद् भगवद गीता जैसा नवनीत पैदा हुआ। लोग मर जाते हैं, मानवसंहार होता है, कई लोग इसी आग में खो जाते होते हैं और भूपृष्ठ खंडित होता हैं – दो देशों के नाम से।

लेकिन, इस युद्ध के दौरान कथानक का रोमांच हमेशा आनंद पहुंचाता है। इतिहास लोगों को जोड़ता है| वह अपने गर्भ में कितना कुछ संगृहीत करके बैठा हुआ हैं जो बाद के वर्षों में मानवजाति को बहुत कुछ सीखा जाता है। कितनी सारी खोज के निर्माण के पीछे का कारण भी युद्ध ही हैं| युद्ध में जड़मूल से संस्कृति नष्ट भी होती है, और कहीं पर किसी संस्कृति का जन्म भी होता है|

रोचक युद्धकथा, विनाश की कहानी, वॉरफिल्ड की कहानियां, युद्ध के लिए कारणभूत पृष्ठभूमि, युद्ध के दौरान दो देशों के आधिकारिक हेडक्वार्टर्स पर चल रहा पोलिटिक्स, युद्ध में यादगार बननेवाले वॉरियर्स, सन् ’57 के विप्लव से वर्तमान में सुलगता हुआ सिरीयन सिविल युद्ध तक के कई सारे युद्ध। कितने सारे युद्ध हुए, किसी न किसी वजह से!

चलो, अब ऐसी ही युद्धकथाएं लिखें| लाइब्रेरी में पड़े हुए दस्तावेज़ों को फ़ंफोसकर कुछ नया लिखने का प्रयास करें।

Untold War Stories:

The entire history of mankind is built around wars. Bloody, violent, non-violent and calm, and of course, nowadays cyber war also should not be forgotten. After every war, something was born and something destroyed. After the war a nation might be born, some relationships might create, & sometimes something extracts like the Shrimad Bhagwad Geeta also. People die, there is a human carnage, many people lost in this fire and the earth surface is broken into parts with different names.

But, during the war, the thrill of the story always brings joy. History connects people. History is sitting with too much stuff in its womb so in later years mankind can learn a lot from it. The reason behind the so many discoveries is also war. In the war, culture is destroyed by its roots, and there is also a culture born at some place.

Interesting legend, a story of destruction, a story of Warfield, a backdrop of war, a politics between official headquarters of two countries during the war, memorable warriors of the war, from year ’57 to the present Syrian civil war covered with the vast umbrella of wars. Many of the wars were fought, for some reason!

Come on, write such war stories now. Try to write new stories by doing research of that documents lying in the libraries.
